1st Movement: "In the Womb"

Note: THIS MOVEMENT IS A WORK IN PROGRESS!!! IE, NOT DONE YET!
This movement attempts to explore the four pre-natal stages of Stanislav Grof ( see http://www.holotropic.com/about.shtml ) as I understand a friend's description of them. They are: 1) the oceanic experience 2) pressure mounts but the cervix is not dilated and there is "no exit" 3) birth - messy, bloody, noisy, frightening 4) release or freedom.
